Robert Deitz

President

Bob has been President of WCC Tank Technology, Inc. since 1994.

He began working at WCC in 1978, working in the field and learning all aspects of underground tank linings, coatings, and fiberglass repair.

In 1985, Bob went on to become general manager of WCC Tank Technology, Inc. As general manager, he was responsible for personnel, equipment maintenance, sales, scheduling, regulation, and compliance.

Ira D. Conklin, III

Vice President

Ira is Vice President and part owner of WCC Tank Technology, Inc., a company originally established by his father and uncle in 1973. Ira worked for WCC from 1976 to 1977.

From 1977 to 1999, Ira owned Ira D. Conklin & Sons, Inc., growing this family-owned business from 40 employees to over 200. In 1999, he sold the company to Barclay Partners and stayed on as manager until 2003.

In 2003, Ira started Hydrovac Excavating, Inc., a company specializing in non-destructive, hydro-vacuum excavation, a company he still owns and runs today.

Ira has been on the Board of Directors of Walden Savings Bank since 1992.
